Wattson Audio is a young Swiss company specializing in the creation of high-end audio equipment.
The Emerson range, introduced in summer 2020, offers two ultra-compact network players. The Emersons enable your hi-fi system to access your dematerialized music whether stored on a local area network drive (NAS) or using online music streaming services such as Qobuz or Tidal.
Two versions are available:
Today, we're talking about the DIGITAL version of the Emerson. By design, this digital transport, the Emerson DIGITAL, offers digital audio outputs in S/PDIF and AES/EBU FORMAT. This means you can connect the Emerson DIGITAL to any hi-fi system equipped with a digital audio converter (DAC).
After being tested and appreciated by numerous audiophile testers, it's now the turn of the venerable Hifi Choice magazine to test the Emerson DIGITAL.
After much testing and listening, we are delighted to announce that the Emerson DIGITAL has been awarded the famous Hifi Choice Recommended Award.
